Ordering
Our standard wholesale ordering structure is designed to allow partners to test and build the collection gradually.
Minimum Order Quantity: 1 carton per SKU.
Standard Carton Quantity: 24 pieces per SKU, unless otherwise stated.
Mixed-SKU orders are accepted. Volume pricing is calculated separately according to the quantity ordered for each individual SKU.
Minimum order quantities, carton quantities and availability may vary by product and market.
Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is available to approved business customers. Additional volume pricing may be available for larger quantities.
Distributor pricing and market exclusivity are subject to separate commercial agreements, minimum purchase commitments and performance requirements.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed individually in the applicable Proforma Invoice (PI). Orders may require a deposit or full advance payment depending on order size, destination and commercial terms.
Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, product prices do not include international freight, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other destination charges. Shipping arrangements and Incoterms will be confirmed before each order.
